The Senior Associate Engineer is responsible for defining engine performance requirements and supporting engine and aftertreatment system integration across new product development programs. They will also analyze operational data to identify performance trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure emissions compliance and product reliability.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering and possess extensive experience in engine performance and system integration. Proficiency in data analytics, structured problem-solving, and familiarity with off-highway emissions regulations are required for this role.
