Lead the design, development, and delivery of professional education programs to advance the organization's strategic priorities. Manage stakeholder engagement, curriculum design, and operational execution of seminars, workshops, and virtual events.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a non-profit/association setting working with volunteers. Must have proven expertise in instructional design, adult education, and the use of educational technology like LMS and AMS.

The Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) is seeking a strategic and collaborative Professional Education Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality professional education programs that advance the organization’s mission and strategic priorities. This role is responsible for independently managing new initiatives and ensuring continuity of work through proactive planning and resource management. Working in close partnership with the Director of Professional Education, the Manager translates strategic goals into actionable plans, aligns team efforts with departmental and organizational objectives, and provides insight and recommendations to support informed decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to shape program innovation, strengthen operational excellence, and enhance member value through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
