What You'll Do
As an Office Representative, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the agency. You'll work alongside a supportive team, learn the insurance business, and develop the skills needed to grow within the role.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Build positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Answer customer questions and help identify their needs.
- Learn about insurance products and services through comprehensive training.
- Assist customers with policy questions, service needs, and coverage information.
- Create strong first impression with prospective clients through networking and lead generation.
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
- Learn and navigate agency computer systems and technology.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support agency goals.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
- Contribute to a positive office environment and help create an exceptional customer experience.
