The Customer Advocate creates a memorable pickup experience for customers at the car vending machine and manages associated paperwork. They also address customer questions, resolve minor technical issues, and perform physical tasks like vehicle detailing and loading.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. The role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks and the willingness to obtain state-specific licenses such as a Notary or Vehicle Verifier.

Whether it's helping customers with our one-of-a-kind Vending Machine experience or getting involved in the local community, our Customer Advocates are leading the charge in reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process.
Shift Requirement:. The hours for this position are from 1 pm - 9 pm. We ask that team members be available to work 7 days a week; weekends are required.
We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe:
In your first year, you can progress from $18/hr to $20/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. As part of this program, eligible team members can enjoy an additional $0.50 increase in their pay every 90 days.
And that's not all! Market Operations may offer other performance-based incentive programs specific to your location, potentially unlocking even greater earnings.

* Candidates must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana). * Candidates must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems.
* California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment (Process sponsored by Carvana).
* Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks of employment (process sponsored by Carvana). Obtaining this license is a condition of employment; failure to secure it may impact continued employment in this role.
