The Line Lead manages a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to ensure production and quality targets are met. They oversee daily operations, coach team members, and approve mechanical and physical repairs for vehicle inventory.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrated expertise in reconditioning processes. The role requires the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work a variable schedule including weekends.

Position Overview:
The Line Lead, Build role is a front-line supervisor role, responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets. This role is not visa eligible.
