The Team Lead manages the local Carvana hub, overseeing market launch, logistics, and team engagement. They are responsible for driving production, mentoring Customer Advocates, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Requires 5+ years of customer-facing experience and 3+ years of management experience with a proven track record of coaching employees. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs and working in outdoor weather conditions.

We saw a huge problem with how much of a headache it is to buy a car the traditional way, so we committed ourselves to put customer satisfaction at the core of our business, we have built a no-pressure, no-haggle online car buying experience that saves our customers time and money. Customers can search through thousands of vehicles online, see full 360-degree views of both the interior and exterior of the vehicles before deciding to go through the purchasing process. Our Customer Advocates will then either deliver the purchased vehicle to our customer’s driveway using one of our kick-ass one car haulers, or they will meet our customers at one of our amazing coin-operated Vending Machines.

The Team Lead, in our Market Operations group, is responsible for running the local Carvana hub and everything that comes with it, including (but not limited to); market launch, operations, logistics, consumer branding, team engagement and effectiveness and, of course, the market’s ongoing success. We are looking for someone who is a big picture thinker with the ability to manage the employee and customer experience. A Team Lead not only crushes daily operations, but they have the savvy to assess business trends and proactively create solutions to potential roadblocks. We need a strong people leader, as a Team Lead works closely with a team of extremely talented Customer Advocates and is responsible for providing vision and development opportunities.
