The International Growth Manager is responsible for driving B2B and B2C revenue growth across international markets through scalable acquisition strategies and brand visibility. This includes managing influencer partnerships, PR campaigns, and conducting market research to identify new growth opportunities.
Candidates need over 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or business development with a strong analytical mindset. Fluency in English is required, and experience managing international markets is highly preferred.
Own the B2C growth strategy for your international markets, driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and recurring revenue through high-impact marketing initiatives.
Scale and optimize influencer partnerships by identifying new opportunities, leading negotiations across all partnership tiers, and continuously improving performance.
Build Carly's brand visibility through PR initiatives, media campaigns, and strategic marketing activities that strengthen awareness in local markets.
Identify, test, and validate new acquisition channels by defining clear hypotheses, measuring performance, and scaling successful initiatives through data-driven decision making.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Enterprise teams to generate qualified B2B leads, improve conversion workflows, and support international sales initiatives.
Own customer and market intelligence by conducting continuous research, refreshing customer personas, and proactively identifying market trends that influence growth opportunities.
Act as the go-to expert for your markets, providing actionable insights and supporting cross-functional teams with market-specific strategies and recommendations.
5+ years of experience in B2C Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, International Expansion, Business Development, or a similar role.
Proven track record of owning and delivering growth initiatives such as PR campaigns, product launches, brand campaigns, TV campaigns, strategic marketing projects, or similar high-impact initiatives.
An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, embrace change, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
Experience taking ownership of projects from concept through execution while balancing strategy with operational excellence.
Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to prioritize opportunities, evaluate experiments, and optimize business outcomes.
Experience working across European markets, with a solid understanding of international customer behavior and localization.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Fluent in English (C1); additional European languages are a strong advantage.
