Responsible for the daily route planning for over 13,000 customers, ensuring optimal flow and service levels across distribution and event routes. Tasks include maintaining master data in planning systems, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with drivers and sales teams.
Candidates must have experience in route planning and proficiency in SAP or LEO, along with strong analytical and organizational skills. Fluency in both Danish and English is required for effective communication across the organization.

Jobbet
Som ruteplanlægger indgår du i et team, som har ansvaret for planlægningen af vores distributions-, beerdrive- samt eventkunder i alle regioner. Her vil du i samarbejde med chauffører, teamledere og kolleger i din afdeling have til opgave, at sikre det optimale flow i den daglige ruteplanlægning.
Du bliver en del af et professionelt Logistik Planlægningsteam, der er motiveret af at skabe de mest optimale løsninger. Her møder man et engageret team med et godt sammenhold og mange forskellige opgaver i løbet af dagen. Afdelingen rummer 12 engagerede planlæggere, der arbejder med at tilrettelægge vores distributionslogistik på operationelt, taktisk og strategisk niveau i indlandet, ved grænsen og til eksport. Du vil referere direkte ind til Teamlead, Logistics Planning.
Teamet af planlæggere står for at planlægge og optimere vores ca. 140 daglige distributionsruter og bidrager dermed væsentligt til at sikre kunder over hele Danmark en effektiv og høj service.
Dine ansvarsområder
Som Ruteplanlægger vil dine opgaver omfatte følgende:
Stillingen er placeret i Fredericia. Da vi planlægger nationalt skal du være indstillet på arbejdsdage på tværs af vores lokationer rundt om i Danmark.
Din arbejdstid er på 7.5 timer alle ugens dage (aldrig lørdag) i tidsrummet kl. 6.00 til 23.00.
Dine kvalifikationer
Vi søger en Ruteplanlægger der har erfaring med ruteplanlægning, kombineret med erfaring i SAP eller LEO, som er vores værktøjer i den daglige ruteplanlægning. Din tilgang til arbejdet er struktureret og systematisk, ligesom du besidder gode analytiske evner. Du er i stand til at bevare overblikket og forblive rolig, selv når arbejdsdagen er travl.
Det forventes at du:
I rollen får en bred kontaktflade i Carlsberg Danmark, og vil samarbejde på tværs af bl.a. Salg og Distribution, herunder med vores lastbilchauffører. Det er derfor nødvendigt, at du besidder gode kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner.
