The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately processing customer orders via phone and monitoring order patterns to identify trends. They also proactively resolve customer issues and manage high-volume phone lines with efficiency.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–6 years of customer service experience. Proficiency in 10-key data entry, Google Suite, and Excel is required, along with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Capitol City Produce is growing, and we’re on the lookout for an EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and deliver top-tier professionalism under pressure, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
As a valued member of our family-owned business, you’ll play a key role in providing outstanding service to our customers. This position is responsible for:
Accurately taking and entering customer orders via phone.
Monitoring customer order patterns and identifying trends or concerns.
Proactively contacting appropriate personnel to resolve issues.
Managing multiple high-volume phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.
Supporting customers with questions or updates regarding products or services.

What You Bring to the Table:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ 3–6 years of customer service experience (required)
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✔ Experience with Google Suite and Excel
✔ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Must be available to work one Saturday morning or holiday following training
