A l’intersection des domaines informatique, juridique et financier, le Commercial & contract manager a pour objectif premier de négocier, puis piloter un contrat évolutif avec des risques maitrisés.
L’équipe contract management est rattachée à la Direction des Opérations et travaille en totale complémentarité de la Direction Juridique.
L’équipe commercial et contract management intervient aux côtés des équipes de vente et des équipe projets (de Capgemini) tout au long du cycle de vie du contrat pour les conseiller et leur fournir un support de haute qualité en matière de négociation, rédaction et gestion des contrats Clients.
Vous aurez ainsi la possibilité d'intégrer une équipe dynamique et ambitieuse et de travailler sur des projets complexes et stratégiques, souvent avec un rayonnement allant bien au-delà de nos frontières, dans des environnements techniques de pointe.
