The analyst will perform biological and biochemical analyses, including ELISA, SDS-PAGE, and qPCR, while ensuring all laboratory activities comply with GMP standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining laboratory equipment, managing reagents, and documenting all processes and results within the laboratory management system.
Candidates must hold a higher degree in Laboratory Analysis, Clinical/Biomedical Laboratory, or Pharmaceutical/Biotechnological manufacturing. A minimum B2 level of English and proficiency in biochemical techniques such as ELISA, SDS-PAGE, and cell culture are required.

¿Qué harás en el proyecto?
Control bioquímico del proceso de fabricación.
Preparar los materiales y puesta a punto de los equipos.
Preparar, controlar y gestionar los reactivos y soluciones necesarias para los ensayos a realizar.
Colaborar en la puesta a punto y desarrollo de métodos analíticos y transferencias de métodos.
Realizar mantenimientos de los equipos y materiales necesarios para estos análisis en el laboratorio.
Documentación correcta de todas las actividades asociadas al proceso, cumpliendo en todo momento los procedimientos operativos y la normativa GMP.
Documentar todas las actividades realizadas durante el proceso de ensayo/inspección.
Ejecutar las actividades requeridas en el sistema informático de gestión del laboratorio de la sección.
Elaborar, revisar y proponer modificaciones de SOPs, PTs y Guías de Entrenamiento.
Realizar los entrenamientos requeridos para desempeñar sus funciones e impartir entrenamiento a otros analistas según corresponda.
Iniciar la investigación de resultados de discrepancias, incidencias o resultados fuera de especificación siguiendo el sistema establecido en la planta.
Ejecución de los análisis biológicos y bioquímicos de las muestras de proceso y producto formulado a granel.
Cultivos celulares
Recepción del material utilizado en los laboratorios de QC.
