The Senior Pension Specialist will oversee complex pension files, perform calculations, and drive process improvements within the pension administration team. They will also act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to stakeholders and coaching junior and medior team members.
Candidates must have a completed bachelor's degree and several years of demonstrable experience in the pension sector. Strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of pension regulations, and proficiency in both Dutch and English are required.

Als Senior Pensioenspecialist ben je een inhoudelijk expert én een inhoudelijk leider. Jij speelt een sleutelrol in het verder ontwikkelen van onze pensioenuitvoeringsorganisatie in Utrecht en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor collega’s, werkgevers, deelnemers en stakeholders.
In deze rol combineer je diepgaande pensioenkennis met procesinzicht en leiderschap. Je overziet complexe dossiers, bewaakt kwaliteit en stuurt actief op verbetering en vernieuwing.

Je wordt onderdeel van een dynamisch, hecht en professioneel team van pensioenspecialisten binnen Capgemini Pensioen Services. We werken hybride, met een goede balans tussen aanwezigheid op kantoor in Utrecht en werken vanuit huis. Het kantoor in Utrecht is gelegen naast station Utrecht Leidsche Rijn. Wij beschikken over een eigen parkeergarage.
