The Facility Manager coordinates day-to-day maintenance, manages vendor relationships, and ensures the efficient operation of building systems. They are responsible for executing regular inspections, managing work orders via CMMS, and serving as a primary contact for tenants and internal teams.
Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in facilities management or building operations and a working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds and availability for on-call support during evenings and weekends.
The Facility Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of Canyon Equities’ managed facilities. Acting as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters, this position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining building systems to the highest standards. The Facility Manager provides hands-on support for minor repairs, executes regular inspections, and oversees work order and preventative maintenance programs through the CMMS platform.
This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a working knowledge of building systems. As a key liaison between tenants, vendors, and internal teams, the Facility Manager upholds the high standards of service and safety that define the Canyon Equities experience.
