Manage a portfolio of ₹15 Cr in donor relationships, ensuring consistent, personalized engagement and long-term retention through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
Drive donor acquisition by identifying, vetting, and converting leads from corporate CSR, PSU CSR, international donor agencies, foundations, trusts, and academic institutions.
Oversee the planning, execution, and documentation of all Resource Mobilization-related events, campaigns, and donor engagement activities.
Maintain and update the donor database with accuracy, ensuring data integrity and supporting reporting and analytics needs.

Provide mentorship and capacity-building support to team members in proposal writing, donor stewardship, and fundraising strategy.
Ensure all fundraising activities, proposals, and donor interactions comply with organizational policies, legal standards, and donor requirements.
Manage budgets transparently, aligning expenditures with donor expectations and organizational goals.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the annual resource mobilization strategy and long-term fundraising vision.
Prepare and submit timely, high-quality donor reports and performance analyses to track progress and inform strategic adjustments.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the CRMCO to support organizational priorities.
Requirements
Requirements:
5–8 years of progressive experience in fundraising, client acquisition, or donor management within NGOs, social enterprises, or corporate social responsibility (CSR) functions.
Proven track record in securing major donor partnerships and achieving or exceeding fundraising targets.
Expertise in proposal writing, budgeting, and donor reporting with a strong understanding of compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-value donor portfolios and deliver personalized, strategic engagement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative, relationship-focused approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools, donor databases, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with fundraising platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
Key Deliverables
Successful development and submission of donor proposals aligned with organizational and donor priorities.
Sustained donor retention and growth within the ₹15 Cr portfolio through regular engagement and impact storytelling.
Achievement of annual fundraising targets through diversified channels, including CSR, institutional grants, and campaigns.
End-to-end management of RM events and campaigns with measurable outcomes and donor feedback.
Accurate, timely, and compliant donor reporting and data management.
Strengthened team capabilities through mentorship, training, and collaborative strategy development.
