Manage the end-to-end bidding process, including cost calculation, risk evaluation, and the preparation of commercial and technical documentation. Collaborate with specialized teams and support Key Account and Sales teams during client presentations.
Requires a professional certificate in electrical installations, telematics, or commerce, with a technical degree or business management training being an asset. Proficiency in French and German is essential, along with strong skills in Office 365 and technical solution development.
Tu gères le processus d’offres de bout en bout, de la demande initiale jusqu’à l’accord, tout en gardant la maîtrise des contenus, des délais et des ressources. Ensuite, tu analyses les appels d’offres, chiffrages et risques, et tu prépares la documentation commerciale et technique en étroite collaboration avec les équipes spécialisées. La gestion opérationnelle des appels d’offres t’incombe; au besoin, tu assumes le rôle de responsable des offres (Bid Manager) et accompagnes les équipes Grands Comptes et Ventes lors des rendez-vous et présentations client. Basé·e à Penthalaz, tu interviens principalement en Suisse romande et soutiens aussi l’équipe de Zurich.
