The representative will support clients with employee benefits programs and assist with day-to-day service needs. They are responsible for maintaining client records, processing paperwork, and coordinating with insurance carriers for new business and renewals.
Candidates should possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Power BI. Previous experience in the insurance industry, employee benefits, or PBM is preferred but not required.
As an Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative, you will support clients with their employee benefits programs, assist with day-to-day service needs, and help provide a positive experience throughout the policy lifecycle. Founded in 1958, the agency was located at 19 South 3rd Street in Vincennes from 1969 until 1993. In the Fall of 1993, the agency expanded and relocated to 1600 Willow Street, Vincennes. In 2006, the agency moved to its current location at 16 North 1st Street in historic downtown Vincennes. With agents based in Vincennes, Terre Haute, and Washington, Indiana as well as Bridgeport, Illinois, our once small office is now a highly automated, professional insurance center focused on serving you.
