The Field Services Representative investigates and resolves customer complaints regarding building product quality and reliability at construction sites. They also recommend repairs or replacements, negotiate third-party adjustments, and ensure quality adherence.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of relevant customer service or field service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, along with strong measurement and communication skills, is required.

PURPOSE
Addresses component product issues at the customer’s site in order to ensure that customer complaints regarding the quality and reliability of company products are resolved in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and two (2) years customer service/field service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Completion of Truss Technician Training I and II preferred.
