The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to the South Carolina Office and State Sales Leaders by managing schedules, travel, and meeting preparations. Key duties include collecting sales data for reports, handling phone routing, and coordinating office events and contracts.

The Executive Assistant supports the Executive team consisting of the South Carolina Office Leader and State Sales Leaders. The EA manages mostly business-related tasks for the team such as managing and coordinating schedules, creating reports, organizing travel and accommodations, preparation for all agency and leadership meetings and all other organizational tasks.
