Lead a high-performing Medicare sales organization by managing 9 Sales Managers and over 150 licensed agents. Focus on driving daily production, tracking KPIs, and improving operational efficiency through coaching and accountability.
Requires over 5 years of sales leadership experience, including at least 3 years managing other managers in a high-volume environment. Experience leading teams of 100+ professionals and a background in Medicare or insurance is preferred.
