Requirements:
-Level 1 General Insurance Licence
-Minimum 1 year of insurance experience (preferred not required)
-Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
-Proficient in English; Mandarin/Cantonese an asset
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; EPIC, Applied Rating Services, ICBC and other Insurers’ portals an asset
-Good technical insurance knowledge of coverages
-Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
-Team player with strong work ethic
Duties and Responsibilities:
-provide outstanding service and recommend products to clients
-respond and process new business and endorsements
-manage renewals by reviewing and remarket as needed
-review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from insurers
-maintain accurate records and digital documents for all transactions
-collaborate effectively with team members and support for producers
-prioritize duties effectively and proactively
-provide backup support for processing ICBC transactions and related duties, as needed
-perform other related duties and responsibilities as a CSR
