Identifies, evaluates, recommends and manages proposals for strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures for the business unit or company in both new and existing markets/technologies. Identifies new growth and development opportunities including product design and development to support the organization’s strategy. Conducts appropriate due diligence to ensure the reliability of information provided by any potential acquisition targets.
