The Construction Coordinator serves as an assistant to the Construction Manager and a liaison for construction clientele. Key duties include maintaining project status in Penguin Data, processing invoices, and assisting with construction payroll.
Candidates should have knowledge of the telecommunications industry and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records are required, with bilingual skills preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Construction Coordinator will serve as the assistant to the Construction Manager and liaison with our Construction clientele. Construction Coordinator will use Penguin Data to update and maintain the status of projects and invoices. This position is also responsible for establishing a professional environment while achieving the duties assigned below.
