As a People & Culture Executive, you will play an important role in supporting our growing team across the UAE and KSA assisting with employee relations, people processes, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Working closely with managers and leadership, you will help ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle while supporting the day to day HR operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the management of employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, performance concerns and workplace investigations.
• Coordinate and oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation reviews, contract administration and offboarding.
• Ensure employee records, documentation and HR systems are maintained accurately and in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support compliance with UAE and KSA labour laws, company policies and internal procedures.
• Coordinate and support performance management processes, including probation reviews, performance reviews, development plans and performance improvement processes.
• Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
• Provide day to day support and guidance to managers and employees on people related matters.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives that contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives across the business.
• Manage employee exits, including resignations, terminations, end of service administration and exit interviews.
• Assist with workforce planning and organisational initiatives as required.
• Support visa, labour and employee documentation processes where required.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data to support business decision making.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR, People & Culture or HR Generalist role.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law. Exposure to KSA labour law would be advantageous.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters and performance management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across the business.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
