? Experience: 3 to 4 years in digital marketing sales or business development
? Education: Bachelor's / Master's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
Client Acquisition
✅ Identify and target potential clients looking for digital marketing solutions
✅ Build a strong pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry-specific targeting
✅ Develop and execute prospecting strategies within defined market segments
Consultative Digital Selling
✅ Understand clients' business goals, marketing funnels, and digital growth challenges
✅ Offer customized solutions across Social Media Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic Advertising, SEO/SEM, and Performance Marketing
✅ Provide strategic recommendations backed by digital trends, analytics, and market insights
Relationship Building
✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships through continuous engagement
✅ Serve as a trusted digital advisor, conducting periodic performance reviews and proposing upsell opportunities
✅ Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution
End-to-End Sales Management
✅ Own the full sales lifecycle from lead qualification, needs assessment, and proposal development to pitch, negotiation, and closure
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to create data-driven proposals, media plans, and performance projections
✅ Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities in the CRM
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
✅ Stay current with digital marketing trends, ad-tech innovations, and platform updates
✅ Analyze competitive strategies and emerging digital tools to provide clients with forward-focused insights
Cross-functional Collaboration
✅ Work closely with creative, content, digital, and account management teams to build holistic digital advertising strategies
✅ Ensure campaigns align with client goals, whether branding, lead generation, or performance-driven KPIs
Reporting & Targets
✅ Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
✅ Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership
✅ Highlight opportunities, challenges, and recommendations for improved sales efficiency
Requirements
WHAT MAKES YOU THE RIGHT FIT
? 3 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing sales or business development
? Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
? Basic knowledge of ATL and BTL advertising services
? Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work both independently and as part of a team
? Strong customer service mindset with a solutions-first approach
? Experience at a digital marketing agency or advertising firm is an added advantage
