Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT support and manage the Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle. Maintain office network infrastructure in Edinburgh and oversee endpoint security and license governance.
Requires proven experience in internal IT operations or systems administration within a high-growth tech environment. Must be proficient in managing multi-OS environments, networking infrastructure, and identity governance frameworks.

About this role
We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team and ensure our people, tools, and spaces stay connected and productive. You’ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support across the company, helping to make sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. In this role, you will work closely with People Operations and Engineering to support and empower our growing team.
