The Program Manager serves as the primary lead and point of contact for the TPSS contract, overseeing all aspects of program execution and contractor personnel. They are responsible for planning support activities, managing budgets, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree plus 4 additional years, or a master's degree. A Secret security clearance and US citizenship are mandatory requirements.
Bowhead is seeking a Program Manager for the upcoming Technical Project Support Services (TPSS) contract in Patuxent, MD. TPSS supports the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) in delivering mission-critical systems and services. The effort provides a wide range of technical, project management, engineering, logistics, training, and administrative support for air, ship, shore, expeditionary, and surveillance systems that directly support warfighter operations.
The Program Manager will serve as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort, overseeing all aspects of program execution.
