The CNC Programmer is responsible for writing programs, setting up, and operating automated machinery to fabricate high-precision aluminum and steel components. They will also design setup sheets, manage cutting tool inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or a High School/Associate degree with 8 years of experience in CNC programming and operation. Proficiency in Mastercam, Solidworks, and a strong understanding of GD&T principles are required.
Bowhead seeks a CNC Programmer to join our Manufacturing and Products Group team in Plano, TX. This role supports production operations by programming, setting up, and operating CNC and automated machinery used in the fabrication of aluminum and steel components with tight tolerances.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: There are currently no Security Clearance requirements for this position; however, candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check.
