Lead and mentor a distributed team of SDETs to deliver quality engineering across critical payment and settlement platforms. Define automation strategies and partner with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requires over 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering with at least 3 years of people management experience. Must have a strong technical background in Java and automation tools, with a preference for FinTech or payments domain expertise.

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Quality Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of SDETs responsible for delivering quality engineering across critical payment and settlement platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, leading talented teams, influencing stakeholders across the business, and driving quality at scale. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve, multiple initiatives run in parallel, and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, Security, and Platform teams is essential.
The successful candidate will combine strong people leadership with technical credibility, enabling them to guide automation strategy, make informed decisions in ambiguous situations, and advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle. This role requires someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and leading teams through rapidly changing priorities.
