Act as the technical expert responsible for defining the overall technical direction for Eagle Pace Performance system configurations.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Analyze and document performance calculation workflows, reporting processes, data lineage, business rules, and control points
Work with financial data domains that support Eagle processing and reporting, including holdings, transactions, reference data, pricing, FX, corporate actions, cash activity, benchmark data, and account structures
Implement and support the configuration and maintenance of Eagle PACE Performance calculation setup for single period return calculations and related workflow processing
Maintain and document performance calculation parameters, system settings, and configuration components within Eagle PACE Performance, including related performance calculation controls
Implement and support performance measurement workflows including calculation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting of performance data
Assist with configuring and maintaining data inputs required for performance calculations, including holdings, cash activity, benchmark data, pricing, and reference data
Work with business users and technical teams to ensure accurate performance calculation setup, workflow execution, and downstream reporting outputs in Eagle PACE Performance
Partner with engineering and data teams on data integration, warehouse mapping, and downstream reporting solution design
Validate performance calculations, reconciliations, data quality checks, and reporting outputs
Help ensure consistent business definitions across Eagle, reporting platforms, and downstream consumers
Lead testing, implementation, and change management for new or enhanced workflows and reporting capabilities
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
10-12 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong experience working with Eagle PACE Performance or related Eagle platforms, including data flows, business processes, reporting capabilities, and performance-related workflows.
Experience supporting performance measurement, performance reporting, or investment operations workflows.
Understanding of performance calculation concepts and the data inputs, configuration dependencies, and controls that support accurate results.
Strong understanding of financial data used in performance and reporting processes.
Experience documenting business workflows, system interactions, data mappings, and functional requirements.
Strong SQL skills and ability to validate data, reporting logic, and calculation outputs; Python experience for data analysis, validation, or automation is a plus.
Experience partnering with technology teams on data integration, APIs, and warehouse or downstream reporting solutions.
Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting/data quality controls.
Experience with reconciliations, exception handling, and workflow controls in financial data environments.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business, operations, and technology teams.
