The HR Director will lead strategic and operational people functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration across corporate and production environments. They will also manage HRIS workflows and implement AI tools to streamline HR processes.
Candidates must have at least 6 years of HR experience, with a strong background in recruiting or employee relations investigations. Proficiency in using AI tools for efficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment are required.
