Head of Transformation & Applications

Location: Singapore
Reporting Line: Reports to the CEO, Blue Wireless

Role Purpose

Blue Wireless is entering its next phase of growth as part of the wider Wireless Logic Group. To support this, we are looking for a Head of Transformation & Applications to lead the company’s business transformation agenda, digital platform development, and cross-functional process improvement.

This role will be responsible for translating business priorities into practical transformation initiatives, strengthening the digital backbone of the company, and ensuring that platforms, workflows, data, and teams are aligned to support scalable growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, Product, Sales, Sales Operations, Service Delivery, Customer Support, Finance, IT, and regional teams to drive transformation across the business. This includes ownership of key digital initiatives such as FLOW, internal application development, process automation, reporting, and operating model improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Transformation Leadership

• Lead company-wide transformation initiatives that improve scalability, operational efficiency, customer experience, and business visibility.
• Translate strategic business priorities into clear transformation roadmaps, project plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify process gaps across sales, order management, delivery, support, billing, reporting, and customer lifecycle management.
• Drive practical improvements that reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and create better visibility across the business.
• Support the CEO and leadership team in prioritising transformation initiatives based on business impact, urgency, and resource availability.

2. Applications & Digital Platform Ownership

• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of Blue Wireless’ internal and customer-facing digital platforms.
• Lead the roadmap, governance, and delivery of FLOW as a strategic digital platform for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Work with Application Development, Business Analysts, Product, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to define platform requirements and delivery priorities.
• Ensure applications are designed around business needs, operational scalability, data integrity, and user adoption.
• Partner with group IT and relevant stakeholders on system integration, API-first processes, automation, data architecture, and platform governance.

3. Process, Data & Operating Model Improvement

• Build stronger end-to-end process discipline across quote-to-order, order-to-activate, service management, support, invoicing, and reporting.
• Establish clear ownership, SOPs, workflow documentation, and governance for key business processes.
• Improve KPI visibility, dashboarding, and management reporting across transformation initiatives.
• Promote a data-led approach to decision-making, prioritisation, and performance tracking.
• Ensure process improvements are practical, adopted by users, and sustainable beyond initial project delivery.

4. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

• Act as a bridge between commercial, operational, product, support, technology, and finance teams.
• Facilitate alignment across departments where transformation initiatives impact multiple functions.
• Work closely with Sales and Sales Operations to improve CRM discipline, sales process efficiency, quote/order accuracy, and customer onboarding experience.
• Partner with Product and Service Delivery teams to ensure digital workflows support current and future product offerings, including GWA, GWE, GML, GLE, and related services.
• Support internal communication, change management, and adoption of new tools and processes.

5. Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across Transformation, Business Analysis, Application Development, and Digital Product delivery.
• Provide clear priorities, structure, coaching, and accountability to team members.
• Build a delivery culture that balances speed, quality, user adoption, and business impact.
• Strengthen collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Support capability building in areas such as project management, product ownership, business analysis, automation, AI adoption, and application delivery.

6. Transformation Governance & Delivery

• Establish clear governance for transformation projects, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, ownership, and success measures.
• Maintain visibility of the transformation roadmap and progress for the CEO and leadership team.
• Ensure projects are delivered with strong stakeholder engagement, practical change management, and measurable business outcomes.
• Manage competing priorities across business-as-usual needs and strategic transformation projects.
• Escalate risks and resource constraints early, with clear recommendations and options.

Required Experience

• Proven experience in business transformation, digital transformation, application delivery, business operations, or a similar cross-functional leadership role.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives across multiple departments or business functions.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement, systems implementation, workflow automation, and change management.
• Experience working with application development teams, product owners, business analysts, or digital platform teams.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in B2B technology, telecommunications, connectivity, SaaS, managed services, or similar industries would be advantageous.
• Experience with CRM, customer portals, workflow platforms, reporting tools, API integrations, or service management systems would be beneficial.
