18- Month Fixed Term Contract
Blackmores is embarking on a multi-year transformation period to change the way we work each day through investing in, and transforming, our capabilities, systems, and processes.
Our transformation will support more efficient ways of working, reimagining our customer and employee experience, and optimise our operations.
We're looking for an ERP Communications Coordinator to join our Transformation team and play a hands-on role in delivering engaging communications that keep employees informed, connected and supported throughout our ERP journey.
This is an excellent opportunity for an hands-on communications professional who enjoys creating content, coordinating communication activities, and working across a large-scale business transformation program.
As part of the ERP Change team, you'll help deliver communications that support awareness, understanding and adoption of new ways of working.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and publishing engaging content across a variety of channels, including intranet articles, newsletters, email communications, presentations and FAQs.
Supporting the delivery of the ERP communications plan and key communication activities.
Working closely with change managers, project teams and communications stakeholders to gather information and develop messaging.
Coordinating communication schedules and ensuring content is delivered accurately and on time.
Assisting with employee engagement activities including town halls, workshops, briefings and information sessions.
You'll bring:
2-4 years' experience in communications, internal communications, marketing or a related field. Experience supporting a large business transformation or IT system rollout is highly desirable.
Strong written communication and content development skills.
Experience creating communications for multiple channels and audiences.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence working with stakeholders to gather information and develop communication materials.
A collaborative approach and willingness to learn in a transformational environment.
Experience supporting change, transformation or project communications will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Agencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Blackmores Talent Acquisition team. We will reach out to our preferred agency partners if required. Your respect for this process is appreciated.
