Develop and maintain scalable BI dashboards and visual analytics to support decision-making across key business areas. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into consistent reporting solutions and self-service capabilities.
Requires 2+ years of experience as a BI or Data Analyst, preferably within financial services or CFD/Forex brokerage. Must possess advanced SQL skills and proficiency in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical capability with a solid understanding of business needs, and who enjoys transforming data into clear, scalable, and user-friendly reporting solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver dashboards, reports, and visual analytics that support decision-making across key business areas. The role will focus on the business intelligence and reporting layer, helping ensure that data is presented in a meaningful, consistent, and accessible way for end users.
This position will also work in close collaboration with the wider technology and data teams to help translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions, contribute to a strong self-service reporting environment, and support the ongoing evolution of the company’s analytics capabilities.
