The Junior Virtual Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for a law firm, managing high volumes of calls, emails, and in-person interactions. They are responsible for screening inquiries, handling scheduling, and performing administrative operations with accuracy.
Candidates must possess fluent English and Spanish with professional pronunciation and strong communication skills. Previous experience in reception or administrative support roles is required, along with a tech-savvy approach and the ability to work under pressure.
• Be the first point of contact for clients
• Handle high volumes of calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• Screen and route inquiries with discretion and accuracy
• Support scheduling, intake, and administrative operations
• Maintain a polished, professional presence at all times

• Fluent English and Spanish with very clear, near-flawless, professional pronunciation
• Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence
• Experience in reception or administrative support roles
