A Tablet Press and Coating Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining tablet compression and coating equipment used in the production of supplements. This role ensures that tablets are compressed to precise weight, size, and hardness specifications, followed by uniform coating application to enhance stability, appearance, and bioavailability. The operator must adhere to batch records, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while conducting in-process quality checks and troubleshooting equipment issues. Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols are essential for ensuring product consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
