The Residential Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to residents while managing a caseload to ensure clinical progress. They are responsible for case management, coordinating program services, and developing comprehensive discharge plans.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant human services field and possess an active professional licensure in the State of Michigan. Preferred qualifications include two years of post-masters experience and expertise in trauma treatment or youth with sexual behavior problems.
