Manage and train the foster care licensing team while ensuring agency policies and regulatory requirements are met. Build relationships with community resources and state agencies to support foster parents and children in their care.
Requires a Master's degree with two years of child welfare experience or a Bachelor's degree with three years of experience, plus at least one year of supervisory experience. Must possess a valid driver's license, pass background checks, and align with the agency's Statement of Faith.

As a Foster Care Licensing Supervisor, you’ll be part of a foster parent’s Bethany team, supporting them and the child in their care. You’ll train, equip, and help connect foster parents to community resources to meet the child’s needs.
