Manage the Massachusetts territory by developing agency relationships and growing commercial P&C business. Focus on increasing submission activity and aligning growth plans with underwriting guidelines through regular field visits.
Requires 3+ years of experience in territory management or production underwriting with knowledge of commercial P&C lines. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the Massachusetts market.
Own and manage the Massachusetts territory by developing agency relationships and growing commercial P&C business.
You will spend most of your time in the field—meeting with agency partners, increasing submission activity, and building a book of business aligned with underwriting guidelines.
