Serve as the primary contact for commercial clients to manage coverage, billing, and claims while maintaining strong relationships with carrier underwriters. Support business growth through pre-renewal strategies, exposure analysis, and the identification of cross-selling opportunities.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of commercial lines account management experience and an active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License. Proficiency in agency management systems like AMS360 or Applied Epic is required, while a college degree and professional designations are preferred.

Are you a commercial insurance professional who enjoys building trusted client relationships, navigating complex coverage needs, and partnering with carriers to deliver thoughtful risk solutions? We’re looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in servicing and expanding our commercial book of business. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things right, thinks critically, and enjoys working collaboratively in a relationship-driven agency environment.
Requirements
This position is eligible for a hybrid working arrangement: 3 days per week in office (Harwich Port, Wellfleet or Provincetown, MA) and 2 days working from home.
