The role involves preparing and filing legal documents to establish corporate entities, including articles of incorporation and DBAs. It also requires managing corporate records, obtaining EINs from the IRS, and communicating state requirements to clients.
Candidates must be able to work independently and as a team while managing a high volume of incorporation services. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use process management systems are essential.
