The Production Partner manages client relationships and educates consumers on residential mortgage loan options and terms. They are responsible for analyzing applications, gathering data, and providing necessary disclosures to loan processors.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, NMLS registration, and one to two years of loan processing experience. Knowledge of various loan products like FHA, VA, and conventional loans is required.
