The Staff Attorney provides high-quality immigration legal representation for clients before USCIS, EOIR, and the BIA. Additionally, the role supports legal department operations through staff mentoring, program development, and grant support.
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree and an active Maryland law license with 3-5 years of immigration law experience. Proficiency in Spanish and experience with Docketwise or Salesforce is strongly preferred.

Luminus Network is seeking an experienced Staff Attorney to join our Legal Services team. This position may be filled on either a full-time or part-time basis.
The Staff Attorney will provide high-quality immigration legal representation while supporting the day-to-day operations of the legal department. This role works closely with paralegals, DOJ Accredited Representatives, legal interns, and organizational leadership to ensure exceptional client service, compliance, and program effectiveness.
The successful candidate will manage an immigration caseload while also contributing to program development, quality assurance, staff training, grant support, and community outreach.
