Perform a wide variety of interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping duties for the apartment community. Respond to resident repair requests and ensure all equipment and hazardous conditions are reported to the supervisor.
Requires a high school degree or equivalent and a minimum age of 18, with 1-3 years of similar maintenance experience preferred. Candidates should have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and be physically able to lift up to 80 lbs.
