The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the daily upkeep and cleanliness of community grounds, buildings, and common areas. Duties include landscaping, trash removal, and assisting the maintenance team with light work orders and apartment cleaning.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in landscaping and multi-family grounds keeping. Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and comfort with heights and hazardous materials are required.
