The Leasing Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, managing tours, inquiries, and lease renewals. They are responsible for maintaining property knowledge, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing standards, and coordinating communication between residents and management.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or apartment leasing. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office are required to succeed in this team-oriented environment.

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for welcoming prospective residents to the community, coordinating tours, and responding to incoming inquiries about leasing. The position will also interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues as well as coordinating the renewals of existing leases. The Leasing Consultant will serve as a central point of communication between the Community residents, Community management, as well as community maintenance teams.What you’ll do to make a difference:
