The Maintenance Manager supervises maintenance staff and oversees all interior and exterior repairs and grounds keeping for the community. They are responsible for ensuring a safe, attractive environment for residents and managing the Community Compliance Manual.
Requires a high school diploma, 2-5 years of multi-family maintenance experience, and EPA 608 Type I and II and CPO certifications. Candidates must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and be available to work flexible hours including weekends.

The Maintenance Manager manages, directs, supervises and performs maintenance services for the community and supervises the Maintenance staff. This position is responsible for interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and grounds keeping for the beauty, safety, security, and wellbeing of the community.
