Supports 3rd shift manufacturing operations for injection molding, including machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting. Monitors equipment efficiency and ensures product quality through in-process inspections and collaboration with engineering teams.
Requires technical proficiency in injection molding processes, material handling, and quality systems compliance such as GMP and ISO 13485. Candidates should have a basic mechanical and electrical aptitude and knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.

Supports manufacturing operations (3rd Shift) for injection molding processes, including machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
Executes production schedules by adjusting machine parameters, monitoring equipment efficiency, and ensuring proper material availability and handling.
Maintains consistent product quality by following standardized processes, performing in-process inspections, and identifying defects or process deviations.
Collaborates with engineering and production teams to optimize cycle times, improve yield, and ensure output meets required volume and quality targets.
Injection molding machine setup and operation (presses, auxiliaries)
Process parameter adjustment (temperature, pressure, cycle time)
Mold installation, changeovers, and preventive care
Troubleshooting of molding defects (short shots, flash, sink, warp)
Understanding of resins and material handling (drying, blending)
Equipment monitoring and OEE awareness
In-process inspection and basic metrology (calipers, gauges)
Quality systems compliance (GMP, ISO 13485, documentation practices)
Safety procedures and lockout/tagout (LOTO)
Production scheduling awareness and priority execution
Lean manufacturing principles (5S, waste reduction)
Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude
Team collaboration and communication skills
