The Regional Manager is responsible for achieving sales quotas through the execution of marketing strategies and the development of long-term customer relationships. They also oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of a high-performing sales team.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in the medical device industry. Strong skills in negotiation, business analysis, and team leadership are required, along with the ability to travel 50-60% of the time.

Achieve or exceed assigned annual quota through execution of approved Sales & Marketing plans and strategies
Develops long term relationships with customers and key decision makers
Assist in identifying key opportunities within each account
Provide feedback on market trends as well as competitor activity within each account
Determine appropriate resources needed to support growth (i.e., training, clinical support specialists)
Recruit, train, motivate and develop a high performance sales team including hiring, terminations, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Work effectively with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
7+ years relevant experience
Experience managing direct reports
Strong knowledge of medical device industry and hospital infrastructure
Ability to analyze business systems and processes
Demonstrated excellence in influencing, negotiating, and building partnerships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Travel Requirements: 50–60%
