The Quality Technician is responsible for conducting visual inspections and technical tests on cosmetic products to ensure safety and quality standards. They must maintain accurate documentation, manage non-conforming products, and ensure compliance with FDA and GMP guidelines.
Candidates should have an Associate degree and preferably 2 years of experience in quality control within the cosmetic industry. Strong attention to detail, proficiency with inspection equipment, and the flexibility to work rotating shifts are required.
