The Production Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure maximum equipment availability. This includes performing breakdown and preventive maintenance while supporting the engineering team with process improvements and installations.
Candidates must hold an electrical qualification at MQF Level 4 and have proven experience as a production technician. Technical skills in reading blueprints and troubleshooting industrial equipment are essential.

We are looking for a Production Technician to be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous support of production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, product quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
The role also contributes to process improvements and supports engineering initiatives while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is €24,000.00 annually, excluding allowances, overtime and bonuses.
Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
